around 1.45pm at the evening, myself, my mom, my sister Fariza and my lil sister Efi going to Shah Alam to renew our passport at Jabatan Imegresen Malaysia, PKNS. there is something that i wanna share with you guys. how was disappointed i am with this one lady yang tidak begitu ramah mesra. the lady treat us like we don't know nothing. yerppp..!! we all already know that our old Diplomatik passport supposedly kena cancel dulu if nak buat passport baru. then we all dah buat surat pengesahan dekat Wisma Putrajaya but the workers yg jg kat tempat tu x ckp pun kena cancel kat sana. but then this lady said like this : ' kami x boleh buat apa2 sbb passport x cancel lg. our supervisor pun ckp x boleh. kami tiada kuasa. ' ( you all bygkn that time dia ckp dgn suara lantang with her face yg mcm budget and all the ppl yg ada kt situ pandang we all. ape you guys rasa..?? ) hello.. explain elok2 x boleh ke cik kak oiii..?? dia tu tgh ckp ngan my mum. org lebih tua dr dia. i just nk dia hormat la sikit. geram i.. yg paling x boleh tahan sekali, diorg ada tampal kertas ' kami melayan dgn senyuman '. hahhaa!! that's the best part yg sgt2 lawak. tapi tengok respect orang pun takde. imagine that if org lain treat your mum like that. ape you rasa babe?
