diet is on my list

i'm worried with my current weight now. every day i eat,eat,eat and eat again. like i can't stop eating and never stop. when i look at the mirror, i can see each day by day my cheeks getting chubby. that's so scary man... hahaa.. haishhh.. what should i do now? ganti puasa? sit ups? diet? hurmmm.. well.. i think starting from next morning, i'm planning for doing some exercise. i have to drink a lot of mineral water. yeah.. i have to admit that i always taking a drink that contain lots of sugar like COKE especially. urghhh.. pls keep this thing away from me. it's not good for you! anyways, i will try and handle with my diet routines. yeahhh!! i can do it!!
