i woke up early this morning coz excited nak b'jogging punya psl. hehe.. so myself, my beloved parents and my sis, Hafiza going to Taman Layang-Layang located at Kepong. some called it Taman Metropolitan Kepong. this place is famous with ppl playing kite. so.. if you guys yg x pernah dtg sini tu, jenguk-jenguk la okay. (;
last night i had really-really good conversation with Fariz about how to work out well. he gave me some good advice then today i try to apply them. and yeah, i had to agree that he is right. most of the time we laugh at the stupid things. hahha.. thanks Fariz.
this is my conversation with him last nite :
fariz : berapa lama you jog?
myself : erkkk.. around 10 minutes.
fariz : ( laugh ) 10 minutes? 10 minutes dia br warm up. he laugh again.
myself : ( blushing ) errr.. ok la tu 10 minutes. tu pun i dh peluh2.
fariz : ( laugh again ) actually, normal time utk jog ialah 30 minutes.
hahhahaa.. i dah blushing. i thought that 10 minutes is good enough. then he said that 10 minutes u jog apa yg u makan mlm td tu je la yg burn. now baru i tahu. sengal kan?
